Role & responsibilities
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime. (Mandatory skill)
Create and maintain company accounts.
Create ledgers and groups.
Record payment, receipt, contra, journal, sales, and purchase vouchers.
Manage inventory and stock entries.
Generate GST invoices and e-way bill data (where applicable).
Prepare GST reports (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
Perform bank reconciliation (BRS).
Generate financial reports such as:
Trial Balance
Profit & Loss Account
Balance Sheet
Cash Flow Statement
Day Book
Ledger Reports
Manage payroll in Tally Prime (if required).
Backup, restore, and secure company data.
