ACN Healthcare RCM Co. is seeking a warm, friendly, and pleasant Office Hospitality Associate to manage our office beverage and refreshment services. The ideal candidate will have a naturally cheerful disposition and a passion for creating a welcoming setting for our team and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Service: Prepare and serve high-quality tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and corporate guests daily.
Guest Welcoming: Greet visitors with a warm attitude and proactively offer refreshments.
Meeting Support: Setup conference rooms with snacks and drinks before meetings and clean up afterward.
Stock Management:
Track pantry inventory like milk, coffee, tea, and sugar to ensure zero shortages.
Pantry Hygiene: Keep the kitchen, cafeteria, and serving stations clean, organized, and hygienic.
Requirements
Personality: Exceptionally pleasant nature, polite demeanor, and a positive, smiling attitude.
Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, offices, or food service is preferred but not required.
Hygiene: High standards of personal grooming and cleanliness.
Communication: Ability to interact politely and clearly with office staff.
