Role & responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Execute work as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, finishing, and other civil works.
Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications are followed.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor material consumption and ensure efficient site resource utilization.
Prepare daily progress reports, maintain site records, and update project status.
Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
Identify and resolve site execution issues while maintaining project timelines.
Ensure timely completion of assigned activities with high-quality workmanship.

Preferred candidate profile
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
Freshers with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in residential or villa construction will be preferred.

Required Skills




Sound knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Understanding of RCC works, finishing works, and construction methodologies.
Knowledge of quantity estimation, BOQs, and quality control practices.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (MS Excel is essential).
Basic knowledge of IS Codes and construction safety standards.
Robust communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
