Qualifications

Required:
Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a premier B School.
2 to 3 years of work experience for Consultant-level roles.
Experience in one or more of the following: merchandise end-to-end planning, merchandise financial planning, assortment planning, demand planning, inventory planning, floor and space planning, forecasting and replenishment, customer segmentation, or retail analytics.
Experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, customer data analysis, or business analysis.
Experience in retail and consumer, including retail analytics, retail operations, or e-commerce operations.
Experience using Microsoft Excel and data or visualization tools such as Structured Query Language (SQL), Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx,



or Microsoft Access.
Experience translating analytical outputs into business insights and recommendations.

Preferred:
Experience in merchandise, category, or assortment strategy.
Experience supporting pricing, promotion, or inventory strategy work.
Experience with retail planning platform implementation or solution design.
Experience with functional design, configuration decision-making, or process mapping.
Experience partnering with technical implementation teams and business stakeholders.
Experience across grocery, fashion, or general merchandise segments.
