Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with solid expertise in Python development and L3/L4 Production Support. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining and supporting mission-critical applications, automating operational processes, troubleshooting production issues, and driving system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L3/L4 production support for business-critical applications, ensuring high availability and system stability.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python to improve operational efficiency.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurring issues.
Monitor application and infrastructure health, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure smooth deployments and production readiness.
Support CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
Manage production releases, patch deployments, and environment configurations.
Participate in on-call support and incident management activities.
Document operational procedures,



troubleshooting guides, and best practices.

Required Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Python programming.
Proven experience in L3/L4 Production Support for enterprise applications.
Good understanding of DevOps principles and production operations.
Experience with Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
Experience in incident management, problem management, and change management processes.
Robust debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
Exposure to Kafka, REST APIs, or microservices architecture.
ITIL certification or experience working in ITIL-based environments.
