Key Responsibilities:
Explain gold buying process, rate structure, purity evaluation, and documentation requirements to walk-in customers; handle queries and objections to close transactions.
Collect, verify, and ensure completeness of KYC, identity, and address proof documents; validate release of pledged gold; adhere strictly to compliance and regulatory guidelines.
Support Branch Manager in daily operations, maintain transaction records, generate reports, and coordinate with Accounts, Compliance, and Pre-Sales teams.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate with 0 to 1 year Experience
English; Hindi; Telugu Communication Skills
Two-Wheeler with Valid driving License
