Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of commercial & industrial rooftop solar projects.
Conduct site surveys and prepare technical feasibility reports.
Coordinate with design, procurement, vendors, and installation teams.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of solar power plants.
Prepare daily progress reports, project documentation, and client updates.
Resolve in office technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with company policies and electrical safety regulations.

Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering.
24 years of experience in rooftop solar EPC or renewable energy projects.
Valuable knowledge of solar system components, electrical drawings, and project execution.
Ability to read SLDs, GA drawings, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD (preferred), and project documentation.
Solid communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits and project execution.
