Role & responsibilities
Project Support: Assist in Workday implementation, configuration, testing, and enhancement projects.
Module Configuration: Learn and help configure Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) and Integration modules based on client requirements.
Technical Documentation: Prepare detailed functional and technical specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior consultants, mentors, and client teams to support project execution and issue resolution.
Testing & Deployment: Actively participate in unit testing, end-to-end testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post-go-live deployment support.
Continuous Learning: Continuously enhance Workday domain knowledge, upgrade technical/functional skills, and achieve Workday Certifications.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT,



Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or a related field.
Technical Understanding: Basic understanding of ERP systems, HR processes, or cloud software:
HCM Track: Knowledge of Org Structures, Staffing Models, Business Processes, Security, and Worker Lifecycle.
Integrations Track: Basic familiarity with XML, Web Services, EIBs, or programming fundamentals.
Soft Skills: Robust logical thinking, analytical problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Adaptability: Willingness to undergo structured training, learn recent technologies quickly, and adapt to adaptable shift hours/client needs.
Location: Immediate joiners based in or open to relocating to Hyderabad.
