We are looking for a skilled Senior MERN Stack Developer with 2 - 5 years of experience in building scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in React.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, GitHub, AWS, Docker, CI/CD Pipelines, Microservices Architecture, and System Design. The role requires technical ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using the MERN stack.
Build responsive front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript.
Develop secure and high-performance RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
Design and optimize MongoDB databases.
Implement Microservices Architecture and contribute to System Design discussions.
Deploy and maintain applications on AWS using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
Write clean, maintainable code, perform code reviews, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Leadership Responsibilities
Take ownership of assigned features and deliver them on time.
Mentor junior developers and support technical growth.
Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
Promote coding standards and engineering best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
