Job Description

Key Responsibilities ● Lead and manage all copywriting requirements across digital, social media, advertising, emailers, campaigns, and internal communication. ● Develop transparent, engaging, and persuasive copy aligned with brand tone and business goals. ● Supervise and mentor junior copywriters ● Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, sales teams, and stakeholders for campaign execution. ● Create campaign concepts, taglines, scripts, and communication strategies. ● Review and edit content to maintain quality, grammar, consistency, and brand voice. ● Ensure timely delivery of all content requirements and campaign deadlines. ● Conduct market and competitor research to develop impactful communication strategies. ● Contribute to content planning, branding initiatives, and creative brainstorming sessions. ● Maintain content calendars and oversee content approval workflows. ● Optimise digital content for SEO and audience engagement where required.



Required Skills Qualifications ● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, English, or related field. ● 5+ years of experience in copywriting/content/creative communication. ● Robust portfolio showcasing campaign work, brand communication, and creative writing. ● Excellent command of English grammar, storytelling, and communication. ● Ability to handle multiple brands/projects simultaneously. ● Solid creative thinking and conceptualization skills. ● Experience in advertising agencies, digital marketing, or branding environments preferred. ● Understanding of SEO, social media trends, and digital communication is an added advantage. ● Leadership and team management skills.
