Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential candidates, explaining job opportunities, scheduling interviews, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to candidates from the provided database.
Explain job roles, salary, perks, and work locations.
Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with the recruitment team.
Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and joining.
Maintain accurate call records and update candidate information in the recruitment tracker.
Achieve daily calling and interview scheduling targets.
Address candidate queries professionally and provide timely updates.

Eligibility
Intermediate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.




Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
Good communication skills in English and Telugu (Hindi is an added advantage).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Google Sheets).
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience
Experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, recruitment, or sales will be an added advantage.
