About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a solid background in the pharmaceutical industry and exposure to SAP programs, including implementation, rollout, or business super-user experience. This client-facing leadership role is ideal for someone who has managed teams, owned delivery timelines, and can confidently connect business and technology stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery for pharma-focused SAP engagements, from planning through go-live and stabilization.
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, SAP functional and technical teams, and leadership.
Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
Drive project governance, including status reporting, steering committee updates, and escalation management.
Provide managerial oversight to project teams, including mentoring, guidance, and performance support.
Ensure alignment between pharma business processes, such as manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and compliance, and SAP system capabilities.
Support user acceptance testing, cutover planning,



and change management activities.

Must-Have Qualifications
8 10 years of overall experience , with significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Direct or indirect involvement in an SAP program, either as part of an implementation team or as a business super user. Experience with any SAP module is acceptable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior stakeholders.
Hands-on SAP experience is a must.

Good to Have
PMP / Prince2 / SAP Activate certification
Experience with pharma-specific compliance frameworks (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11)
Exposure to global/multi-entity project environments
