Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, statutory compliance, reconciliations, accounts payable, MIS reporting, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ledger entries.
Process vendor invoices and manage accounts payable.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash transactions.
Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
Perform ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B) and assist with GST reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with TDS, TCS, PF, EPF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and process e-invoices and maintain supporting documentation.
Assist in cash flow tracking and expense monitoring.
Verify invoices, purchase transactions,



and supporting financial documents.
Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during financial reviews.
Maintain proper accounting records and ensure timely financial reporting.

Required Skills
Robust understanding of accounting principles.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, PF, EPF, and ESI compliance.
Experience in bank reconciliation and accounts payable.
Valuable analytical and numerical skills.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and documentation skills.

Advanced Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint)
E-Invoicing

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial accounting will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
