We are looking for a proactive and target oriented Placement Coordinator to support the company with job placement activities of the trained students. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building skilled relationships.
The role involves identifying and connecting with employers and organizing placement drives. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills , solid analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage timelines and deliver results.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively and have a go-getter attitude.
Perform data mining of employers and initiate the first level of communication to onboard them.
Achieve onboarding targets for employer acquisition.
Coordinate with colleges and trained students to achieve targets of placement activities.
Generate referrals and provide feedback on company rejections to internal teams.
