We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling freight operations, negotiating rates, and coordinating shipments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop relationships with shippers and carriers
Negotiate freight rates and secure profitable deals
Coordinate and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
Track loads and ensure timely updates to clients
Handle documentation and ensure compliance with logistics processes
Resolve any shipment-related issues or delays
Maintain robust communication with clients and carriers

Requirements:
1–5 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in logistics
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Basic knowledge of freight market trends and pricing




Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics tools
