Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
Generate recent business through walk-in customers, referrals, and corporate clients.
Promote furniture collections, accessories, and value-added services.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate executives.
Set individual sales targets and monitor performance
Conduct regular team meetings and product knowledge sessions.
Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities.
Coordinate with the marketing team for showroom events and digital promotions
