• Hands-on experience in Workday business processes, security, and configurations
• Production support, incident management, and issue resolution
• Functional testing, release validation, and change management
• Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, and IT)
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
