About the role
We are looking for an experienced D365 Project Manager to lead end - to - end project delivery and managed services engagements. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in D365 FO, with proven experience in Retail/Commerce modules and Managed Services/Support projects.
Essential Functions
Lead D365 FO implementation and managed services projects
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans
Drive governance, risk management, and adherence to best practices
Coordinate onsite - offshore delivery teams, ensuring quality and timely execution
Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to project consultants and technical teams
Required Qualifications
10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years in D365 FO Project Management
Solid exposure to Retail/Commerce modules in Dynamics 365
Experience in Managed Services / Support projects (not just implementations)
PMP/Prince2 certification is Highly desirable
ITIL certification or ServiceNow experience preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
