7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 23 years in a QA Lead or Test Lead role.
Solid expertise in functional and automation testing, preferably in Salesforce or enterprise applications.
Proficient in API testing.
Proven hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, BDD, Provar, and similar tools.
Solid experience in designing and governing automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
Experience implementing data-driven, regression, and continuous testing strategies.
Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance hands-on testing with team leadership responsibilities.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
