We are currently looking for experienced specialists to join our team for the O2C (Order to Cash) Customer Setup Role.

Role Details
Experience: 6 to 13 years
Location: Hyderabad (5 Days Work From Office)
Shift: US Shift, 6 pm to 3 am

Key Responsibilities

Customer Setup & Data Management
Create and maintain customer accounts in client systems based on signed service agreements and required documentation.
Accurately enter and validate customer master data, including business details, service/billing addresses, contact information, and tax identifiers.
Review onboarding documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to account creation.

Contract & Billing Configuration
Configure pricing models, billing cycles, and invoice delivery preferences as per contractual terms.
Collaborate with Sales teams to resolve discrepancies, clarify contract details,



and gather missing information before account activation.

Tracking & Coordination
Monitor account setup progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Maintain daily/weekly tracking reports for accounts in various stages (setup, pending, activated).

Quality & Compliance
Perform data audits to ensure customer profiles align with signed agreements and business requirements.
Identify and rectify data inconsistencies, duplicate records, or missing information prior to go-live.

Cross-Functional Support
Work closely with Billing and Accounts Receivable teams to ensure pricing and invoice configurations are accurate.
Act as a point of contact for Customer Service teams during onboarding to resolve customer profile-related queries.
