Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to streamline support processes and improve response times.
Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration.
Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
Experience in managing database security, backup, and recovery procedures.
Ability to troubleshoot complex database issues and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with database monitoring tools and automation scripts.
Excellent understanding of system integration and data flow within enterprise environments.
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
