Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies across project sites.
Conduct safety inspections, audits, hazard identification, and risk assessments (HIRA/JSA).
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.
Lead safety inductions, toolbox talks, training, and awareness programs.
Manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities including work at height, lifting, hot work, excavation, and confined space entry.
Investigate incidents and near misses, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure availability and proper use of PPE, fall protection systems, and firefighting equipment.
Plan and conduct emergency response drills and maintain emergency preparedness.




Monitor contractor safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
Maintain HSE records, statutory documentation, and compliance reports.
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, clients, and government authorities on safety matters.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
NEBOSH, IOSH, ADIS, or equivalent safety certification is preferred.
Robust leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
