As an experienced IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role within our Macquarie Capital Equities, Sales and Research, Data and AI development team, partnering with various stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.What role will you play

In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure timely delivery of projects. You will analyze business processes, design solutions, assist in the development and execution of test plans, and create detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and user stories. In addition, you will also be responsible in training and assisting end-users on the recent dashboards and features.

What you offer
Bachelors degree in business, finance,



computer science, or any related field with at least 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services industry.
Experience in using SQL, JIRA, and Confluence
Experience to Google Cloud Platform and AI is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Demonstrative experience in project management, scrum master roles and coordination across multiple teams and time zones.
