Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business and brand objectives.
Create and implement brand strategies, promotional campaigns, and scientific/technical marketing materials aligned with the overall brand vision.
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure effective execution of product strategies and marketing initiatives.
Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize brand campaigns across multiple channels.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches.
Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to develop growth strategies and product roadmaps.
Conduct sales analysis, demand forecasting, and performance tracking to support business planning.
Design and execute product-specific market research to identify prospects and customer needs.
Organize and conduct scientific meetings, technical seminars, webinars, and other engagement programs to strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
Respond to and resolve medical and scientific queries from healthcare professionals in a timely and effective manner.




Plan and implement digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Robust strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in brand management, product marketing, and product launch execution.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced workplace.
Proficiency in market research, sales analytics, and digital marketing.
Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred.

Candidate Profile:
Graduate in Science/Pharmacy. Preferably with MBA-Marketing from reputed institute.
8 -12 years of experience in Product Management in Biopharma/Pharma (preferably in Paediatric Vaccine and

Gynaecology segment). Initial experience of at least a year in the field job is MUST.
Experience in MS Oice and analytical tools is essential.
Age below 35 years.
