We are looking for an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in US Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing IT specialists for Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements. The candidate should possess solid knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models and be comfortable working in the US Night Shift.

Work Shift: US Shift (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete US IT recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on technical skills and client requirements.
Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Coordinate interviews with clients and provide timely feedback to candidates.
Negotiate compensation, rate confirmation, and joining dates.




Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly submission and placement targets.
Ensure compliance with client hiring guidelines and documentation requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

Required Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
Strong knowledge of the US staffing process and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Hands-on experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS requirements is preferred.
Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced, target-driven workplace.
