Job Description:

We are hiring a Academic Counsellor for our telecalling team. This is a work-from-home role suited for candidates who are confident communicators and comfortable talking to customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers/leads and explain products/services
Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
Follow the calling script and maintain call quality standards
Update call details and customer information in the system/CRM
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Follow up with customers for pending queries or conversions




Maintain a polite and qualified tone during all calls

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Telugu language is mandatory
Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge (using CRM, Excel, etc.)
Own laptop/desktop with reliable internet connection and headset
Prior experience in telecalling/BPO/voice process preferred (freshers can also apply)
Ability to work independently from home

Working Hours: [e.g., 10 AM 7 PM, 6 days a week]
