Job Summary: (Immediate Joiners only who can start from 1st August 2026)

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 35 years of experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for technology roles and a solid understanding of sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management. Experience in hiring ServiceNow professionals will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, role expectations, and business priorities.
Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media platforms, and qualified networks.
Screen and assess candidates for technical competencies, cultural fit, communication skills, and role suitability.




Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
