Microsoft Fabric Platform (Core)
Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric as a unified data platform.
Proficiency in Fabric Lakehouse, Fabric Data Warehouse, OneLake, and Delta/Parquet table formats.
Robust experience with Fabric Data Factory (pipelines and dataflows) for orchestration and transformation.
Hands-on experience with Fabric Notebooks (PySpark/Spark SQL) and Fabric SQL Analytics Endpoint.
Understanding of Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse architecture patterns and medallion architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold).
Experience with Fabric Eventstream and Real-Time Intelligence (formerly Real-Time Analytics / KQL Databases) for streaming scenarios.
Familiarity with Fabric Deployment Pipelines, Git integration, and CI/CD practices for Fabric workloads.

Data Engineering & Processing
Advanced proficiency in PySpark / Spark SQL for large-scale distributed data processing within Fabric Notebooks.




Experience designing and building batch and streaming data pipelines integrating Azure Event Hubs, Azure IoT Hub, or Kafka.
Solid T-SQL skills for Fabric Data Warehouse development including query optimization and complex analytical functions.
Experience with dbt or Fabric Dataflows Gen2 for semantic transformation layer management.

Azure Ecosystem & DevOps
Practical experience with Azure services integral to Fabric: Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Azure Event Hubs, and Azure Key Vault.
Proficiency with Git-based version control and branching strategies; experience with Fabric Git integration.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data workloads using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), RBAC, and security best practices for Fabric workspaces and OneLake.
