Operate and monitor SMT machines (Printer, Pick & Place, and Reflow Oven) to achieve production targets.
Perform machine setup, feeder loading, program changeovers, and first-off inspections.
Troubleshoot machine issues and carry out basic preventive maintenance.
Inspect PCB assemblies for quality and ensure compliance with production standards.
Follow ESD, safety, and 5S practices while maintaining accurate production records.
