Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and research-driven Sourcer to identify, engage, and build pipelines of top talent . The role requires solid expertise in Boolean search, market mapping, and passive candidate engagement to support complex and niche hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand requirements, team structure, and skill expectations.
Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Utilize Boolean search techniques across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and internal databases.
Conduct talent mapping and competitor research to identify top industry talent.
Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and value-driven messaging.
Pre-screen candidates for technical fit, experience, and interest level.
Track sourcing metrics including response rate, pipeline health, and time-to-source.
Ensure candidate data accuracy within ATS (e.g., iCIMS or similar tools).

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Technology, or related field.
