Key Responsibilities & Duties

Cold Forging Machine Experience - Preferred

Production Planning & Execution
Plan and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets.
Optimize utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments for uninterrupted production.

Quality Assurance
Ensure products meet required specifications and international quality standards.
Perform regular inspections and maintain quality records.
Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Ensure adherence to ISO and internal quality systems.

CNC & Specialized Machine Handling
Hands-on knowledge of CNC machine operation and maintenance.
Familiarity with Cold Forging Machines and Bolt Former Machines.
Set and monitor machining parameters for accuracy and efficiency.

Engineering Drawing Interpretation
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Ensure machining is carried out as per required tolerances and dimensions.

Measuring Instruments Handling
Proficient in using Micrometer and Vernier Caliper.




Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain strict tolerance levels.

Machine Maintenance Knowledge
Possess knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with maintenance team for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Ensure machines are operated safely and efficiently.

Breakdown Management
Respond quickly to machine breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Take immediate corrective actions to restore production.
Analyze root causes and implement preventive measures.

Process Improvement
Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity.
Reduce wastage and improve machining efficiency.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain production reports, shift reports, and quality logs.
Track daily output and report deviations to management.

Team Coordination
Supervise machine operators and ensure discipline on the shop floor.
Provide training and technical guidance to operators.

Safety & Compliance
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Maintain a clean and secure machine shop workplace.
