Role Objective:

The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the YouTube ecosystem for the Punjab Exams category through content strategy, channel growth, SEO, analytics, and performance optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete YouTube channel operations for the Punjab Exams category.

• Develop YouTube content strategy based on student demand, search trends, competition, and exam cycles.

• Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags, keywords, playlists, and metadata.

• Conduct keyword research and YouTube SEO.

• Analyse YouTube Analytics and identify growth prospects.

• Improve CTR, watch time, audience retention, impressions, and overall channel performance.

• Coordinate with faculty, video editors, thumbnail designers, and content teams.

• Suggest video topics based on search volume and student intent.





• Track competitors and trending content in the Punjab Exams space.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

• Work towards increasing organic reach, views, subscribers, and student acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• 2–5 years of experience in YouTube Channel Management and YouTube SEO.

• Solid understanding of the YouTube algorithm and content growth strategies.

• Hands-on experience with YouTube Analytics, Google Trends, keyword research, and SEO tools.

• Solid understanding of thumbnails, titles, CTR, retention, and watch time.

• Experience in EdTech, Government Exams, or competitive exam content will be preferred.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
