Role Description This full-time, on-site Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst / BI Engineer role is based in Bengaluru. In this role, the team member will gather and analyze data from various business and editorial systems to generate insights that support strategic and operational decisions. The position involves designing and maintaining data models, building and enhancing dashboards, and working with BI tools to create reports and visualizations for stakeholders. The BI professional will collaborate with editorial, marketing, and operations teams to understand requirements, translate them into analytical solutions, and ensure data quality and reliability. The role also includes monitoring performance metrics,



identifying trends and anomalies, and recommending data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
Proficiency in Data Modeling to design, optimize, and maintain data structures supporting BI solutions.
Experience creating and managing Dashboards for diverse stakeholders, with clear and intuitive visualizations.
Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence Tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
Business Analysis skills to gather requirements, understand processes, and translate needs into BI solutions.
Experience with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with ETL processes is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Business Analytics).
Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate in a cross-functional setting.
Experience in media, publishing, or education sectors is a plus.
