Role & responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day facility operations across assigned sites.
Ensure delivery of soft and hard FM services as per client SLAs.
Lead, supervise, and develop site teams for optimal performance.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure contractual compliance.
Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality standards.
Manage client relationships and address operational issues promptly.
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and operational performance reviews.
Optimize resource utilization and control operational costs.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.
Support audits, risk assessments, and emergency response planning.
Preferred candidate profile: Male (Should have valuable experience in facilities)
