Job Overview
We are seeking a highly articulate, detail-oriented Commerce graduate to join our banking backend operations team in Vijayawada. This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills to manage documentation and internal processing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage backend banking operations.
Maintain high accuracy in processing financial documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve processing bottlenecks.
Ensure strict compliance with banking guidelines and timelines.
Mandatory Requirements:
Education: Full time B.Com or BBA graduate (Correspondence or distance education degrees will not be considered).
Stream: Core business/commerce streams (IT, B.Sc, or B.Tech backgrounds will not be considered).
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
