Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of engineers delivering Microsoft Teams, M365, and Azure-based applications.
Own end-to-end delivery including planning, sprint execution, release readiness, and risk management.
Align engineering execution with product roadmaps, business priorities, and enterprise strategy.
Act as a hands-on technical leader guiding architecture, reviewing designs, and supporting complex problem solving.
Guide application teams developing Microsoft Teams and M365 applications using Azure and .NET technologies.
Promote solid engineering practices across code quality, testing, and scalable system design.
Provide direction on building applications across Microsoft Teams and the broader M365 ecosystem.




Ensure adoption of Teams SDK, Agent SDK, and M365 integration patterns.
Guide secure authentication and identity integration using Azure AD / Entra ID, OAuth, and JWT.
Drive use of Azure services including AKS, Bot Framework, SignalR, and App Insights.
Ensure implementation of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment best practices.
Partner with product owners, architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Build a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and career development.
Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident response.
Ensure proper documentation, governance, and compliance practices.
