We are looking for an experienced UKG Functional Consultant with robust end-to-end implementation exposure. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling functional design, client interactions, configuration, testing, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support end-to-end UKG implementations
Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to UKG solutions
Configure UKG modules based on client needs
Prepare functional design documents and solution blueprints
Support data migration, integrations, UAT, and go-live activities
Provide post-implementation support and enhancements
Work closely with technical teams, stakeholders,
and clients
Ensure best practices and compliance with client HR processes
Required Skills & Experience :
7- 9 years of overall experience in UKG Functional Consulting
Solid hands-on experience in UKG implementation projects
Expertise in one or more UKG modules (WFM, Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, etc.)
Excellent understanding of HR business processes
Robust communication and client-handling skills
Experience working with global / multi-location clients is a plus
Nice to Have :
UKG certifications
Experience in remote or multi-client environments
Exposure to integrations and reporting
