The Job

We are looking for Lead Software engineering delivery, who will be responsible for Plan and direct software engineering services for multiple major lines of business or an extremely complex line of business to meet strategic and operational goals. Interface with senior executives across the enterprise to develop a comprehensive strategic plan(s) for delivering Information Technology (IT) solutions which address complex and critical business requirements. Focus on improving delivery effectiveness, software and data quality, and risk mitigation.
Strong expertise in software engineering, architecture, and solution design (Java/.NET/Open Source etc.)
Proven experience managing large-scale programs and complex technology initiatives.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.




Expertise in software development lifecycle methodologies and process improvement frameworks.
Cross-functional leadership with business stakeholders
Solid understanding of up-to-date engineering tools, platforms, and practices.
Experience working in Agile settings and cross-functional teams.

Your Profile
9 + years of experience in Strong expertise in software engineering, architecture, and solution design (Java/.NET/Open Source etc.)
Define and drive strategic technology direction aligned with enterprise goals and standards.
Oversee design, development, implementation, and support of scalable software solutions.
Own end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and enterprise objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design impactful, enterprise-wide solutions.
Plan and manage budgets to achieve financial and operational objectives.
Manage the full application lifecycle, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and cost efficiency.
