We are seeking a Site Supervisor to manage on ground operations at a client site, including valets and parking attendants. This role ensures the smooth daily running of parking/valet operations and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise valets/attendants, manage shifts, and allocate tasks.
Ensure adherence to SOPs in ticketing, parking flow, cash/QR handling, and customer service.
Act as the on site point of contact for client representatives and end customers.
Maintain daily records: attendance, shift reports, incident logs, and collection reports.
Escalate operational or system issues to the Area Operations Manager.
Required Skills Qualifications
1 4 years in supervisory roles in parking, facilities, retail, hospitality, or similar.
Solid people handling and customer service orientation.
Comfortable working in shifts and at the site.
