Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive urban planning strategies aligned with the latest JDA township policies.
Conduct thorough analysis of urban spaces to identify areas for improvement and optimize community development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver creative urban projects.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Provide expert advice on urban planning best practices to stakeholders.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of urban planning initiatives on community development.

Job Requirements
Robust understanding of urban planning principles, including spatial analysis and project management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in urban planning software and tools, such as GIS and data visualization.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and develop actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
Experience working in a rapid-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
