E-Commerce Operations
Oversee website and marketplace performance, ensuring smooth business operations.
Coordinate with technology, marketing, merchandising, supply chain, and customer service teams.
Manage platform enhancements, current feature launches, and digital transformation projects.
Ensure product catalog accuracy, inventory synchronization, and order fulfillment efficiency.

Business Growth & Performance
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market prospects.
Develop initiatives to improve conversion rates, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue.
Monitor key business metrics and create performance dashboards.




Support revenue growth through strategic campaigns and operational excellence.

Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives.
Manage relationships with technology vendors, marketplace partners, and service providers.
Present project updates, business reviews, and performance reports to senior leadership.

Technology & Digital Innovation
Partner with IT and product teams for platform upgrades and integrations.
Ensure effective implementation of e-commerce tools and technologies.
Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Maintain program documentation, governance frameworks, and reporting standards.
Monitor project budgets and program ROI.
