We seek a motivated Design Engineer to join our Steam Turbine Design Team. This role is ideal for individual with 8~10 years of experience preferably in Design of Governing system of Steam Turbine. Selected candidates will be involved in Detailed design, analysis and optimization of Turbine Governing system including Governing and control valves of Steam Turbine, Electro Hydraulic Governing system,NRVs,Actuators etc.
Responsibilities
Detailed Design of Turbine Control Valves,Electrohydraulic Governing system,NRVs
Checking of 3D models and 2D drawings of Turbine Control valves complying to GD&T; requirements
Structural analysis of Control Valves,
CFD analysis
-Checking of Bill of Material, Purchase Specifications for Steam Turbine components
Other documentation related to Governing system components
Commissioning and site support for Governing system components
Education : B.Tech (mechanical)
Experience : 8~10years
Technical Skills : Proficiency in CAD softaware( AutoCAD,Nx)
Knowledge of FEA software(Ansys Workbench, CFX)
Knowledge of GD&T; standards
Softskill : Solid analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-oriented workplace
