Role & responsibilities
Own the Formal Occasionwear Experience: Serve as the in-store expert for sherwanis, bandhgalas, and wedding occasionwear, delivering personalized styling consultations that enhance the customer journey.
Drive Category Sales & Conversions: Achieve and exceed sales targets for the formalwear category through proactive customer engagement, cross-selling, upselling, and occasion-based wardrobe recommendations.
Lead Floor Excellence: Ensure premium visual merchandising, product presentation, stock availability, and impeccable store standards for the formalwear section at all times.
Build Team Capability: Coach and mentor store associates on formalwear styling, product knowledge, fit, fabric, and ceremonial dressing etiquette to elevate customer experience and sales performance.
Deliver Customer Delight: Build long-term customer relationships by providing expert guidance on fit, customization, alterations, and complete look curation, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
