Role & Responsibilities
Source gold loan customers from open market through marketing activities, cold calls, and references.
Enhance focus and improve quality in the Agri gold loan business.
Source recent customers to the bank, contributing to the expansion of the client base.
Monitoring of Gold Loan operations at the branch.
Manage Gold Loan customers by explaining product features, handling queries, and ensuring proper documentation.
Generate prospective leads through farmer meetings, portfolios, and follow-ups to convert leads into business.
Monitor and maintain Loan-to-Value (LTV) ratios, Special Mention Accounts (SMA), and Non-Performing Assets (NPA) for Gold Loans.
Ensure recovery and upgradation of SMA/NPA Jewel Loans, including timely coordination of Jewel auctions.
Cross-sell and upsell other banking products to existing and current clients.
Support Jewel Loan audit inspections and ensure timely file closure.
Adhere to all regulatory, statutory, and internal bank policy guidelines to ensure process compliance.

Eligibility

Age - 33 or below

Education - Any graduates (Full time).

Experience - Minimum 2 year of experience in Agri gold loan.
