You will be mainly accountable for Maintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.
Finding recent ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.
Documenting work results (like findings, designs, or software),
allowing others to maintain and improve them.
Understanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.
Qualifications for the role
You are immersed in R&D; function Switchgear Industry
You have 6 to 10 years of experience in Design and Development of Vacuum Interrupters
You have hands on experience in Circuit breaker kinematic chain and mechanism concept development, Preparation of designs, drawings, Bill or material and associated procedures Possess an enhanced knowledge of CAD (Pro-E or Creo or Solidworks) & PLM (Windchill) Bachelors or Masters Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Metallurgy engineering
