We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced TPM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and practices, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Roles and Responsibility
Implement and maintain TPM principles and practices across the organization.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with TPM standards.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide training and coaching to employees on TPM principles and practices.

Job Requirements
Robust understanding of TPM principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
