Job Responsibilities
Develop and grow the Solar Finance business in the assigned territory.
Identify, empanel, and manage solar vendors, EPC contractors, dealers, and channel partners.
Source recent solar loan business and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and business partners.
Conduct market visits to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Coordinate with the Credit, Operations, and Collections teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure timely documentation and loan disbursement.
Monitor portfolio quality and support collection activities when required.
- Track competitor activities and identify recent business opportunities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
