Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle using Zoho Recruit / Hiring Hub

*Close open positions within defined timelines

Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain proper documentation of recent joinees in Google Sheets and Google Drive

Conduct weekly employee review meetings every Thursday & Friday

Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and internal stakeholders

Handle monthly ESIC employer filing and related compliance activities

Support PF (Provident Fund) processing and documentation (Yet to be earn, but I can)

Assist in payroll processing and validation

Manage complete onboarding process including policy briefing

HR Manager

Handle exit formalities including documentation and full & final settlement support





Plan and execute employee engagement activities - Like Monthly Gathering & Birthdays

Maintain and track attendance, leave records, and HR reports

Support in HR audits and compliance documentation

ADMIN PART:

Coordination for Office Provisions Purchase - Stationery / House-keeping / Kitchen

Ticketing for Staff / Sales Team - Flight / Train to Exibitions

Petroll Allowance for Marketing / Sales Team.

Office Maintanance - Repairs & Etc

Pay: 30,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
