Job Summary:

We are seeking a agile and results-driven Senior Banquet Sales Manager to lead the sales and marketing efforts for our newly launched banquet hall in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, building corporate and social event clientele, and ensuring revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Identify and build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event organizers, and travel agents.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote the banquet facilities.
Coordinate with operations, F&B;, and event teams to ensure seamless execution of events.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets; track competitor activities and market trends.
Negotiate contracts, packages, and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.




Manage and mentor the banquet sales team to ensure performance and customer service excellence.
Represent the brand at exhibitions, fairs, and networking events to enhance visibility.
