Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and revenue through technology.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement digital initiatives, including automation, analytics, cloud solutions, and AI/ML applications.
Drive process redesign to leverage digital tools and capabilities.
Monitor and measure the impact of digital initiatives through KPIs and dashboards.
Build organizational capabilities by training and mentoring teams in digital tools and practices.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with external vendors, technology partners,



and consultants to implement digital solutions.
Serve as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation and agility across the organization.

Competencies:
Robust understanding of cloud computing, automation, AI/ML, data analytics, and ERP systems.
Proven track record of leading mid to large-scale digital projects from concept to execution.
Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
Robust communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.

Qualification: Bachelors or Masters degree in IT/CSE

Nature of Experience:
8 to 12 years of experience in leading IT applications and projects, digital transformation, technology strategy, or business process improvement for manufacturing / pharmaceuticals / chemical industry working with IT or Consulting organizations.
